Sony AIBO ERS-7

OK this has to be the ultimate gadget lovers dream purchase a Sony AIBO! I sure want one!

The third incarnation of the infamous Sony dog is the ERS-7. It comes with an illuminated face, a distance sensor, 350k-pixel image sensor, edge detection sensor, paw sensors, acceleration sensors, vibration sensors, 64 Chord MIDI sound and WiFi!

It will take you 6 weeks to raise your AIBO from puppy to adult, personality develops depending on each AIBO’s individual experiences. His mood can change with the environment which in-turn affects its behaviour. It can recognise your face and voice as well as over 100 words and phrases. You can send him a request to take a picture and he’ll send it to you via WiFi.

And the best bit is that it’s self-charging – It will go to its station pole when its feeling run-down to re-charge and will dismount when he’s ready for action again!

Only £1,399 – I think that i’ll stick with my real dog for the time being! – I’m sure that he’d love a new playmate though….
